Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using keylocalleads.com or purchasing a plan from Key Local Leads, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide lead generation, website design and hosting, SEO management, and Google Business Profile services as described on our site. Deliverables and timelines are described in your selected plan.

3. Billing

• Website and SEO plans are billed monthly. Google Business Profile setup is a one-time fee.
• Lead Generation plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are billed weekly and include a 7-day free trial.
• All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel at any time from your account portal. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current period.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and reasonable access to accounts we need to deliver services (for example, Google Business Profile). You are responsible for the legality of content you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to send unsolicited messages in violation of law.

6. Intellectual Property

Once services are paid for in full, you own the content, copy, and creative deliverables produced specifically for your business. We retain rights to our underlying tools, templates, and processes.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on providers such as Stripe (payments), Google, and our hosting/email providers. Their terms and outages may affect service.

8. No Guarantees

We work hard to produce results, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue, or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Key Local Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or violation of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
