1. What You Are Signing Up For

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Key Local Leads about our local lead generation and web presence services. Messages may include:

  • Responses to your inquiries about our services
  • Onboarding, scheduling, and account updates
  • Billing and service notifications
  • Occasional promotional offers (only if you opt in to marketing)

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Key Local Leads in any of the following ways:

  • Website form: Check the SMS consent box on a form at keylocalleads.com.
  • Written consent: Sign a service agreement or intake form that includes an SMS consent section.
  • Text keyword: Text START to (855) 595-3530 to confirm enrollment.

Verbal consent is not accepted for marketing messages. Written or electronic (checkbox) consent is required.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most subscribers receive approximately 2 to 4 messages per month. Transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations or billing alerts) are sent as needed.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details. Key Local Leads is not responsible for any carrier fees.

6. Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

8. Explicit Consent

By checking the SMS consent box or texting START to (855) 595-3530, you confirm:

  • Yes, I agree to receive text messages from Key Local Leads at the phone number I provided.
  • I understand that message and data rates may apply.
  • I understand I can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for support.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

9. Confirmation of Enrollment

After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message similar to:

"Thanks for signing up for updates from Key Local Leads! Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for support."
